Who is responsible

The Lived Experience Project CIC is responsible for the enquiry and website information described here. Company number: 16939549. Registered office: 52 Grosvenor Terrace, London, England, SE5 0NP. Contact: hello@theonecoleman.co.uk.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and the information you choose to include. The separate design service form also collects your name, organisation, project note and optional project details. We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requirements and arrange any resulting work. Providing information is optional, but we need enough detail to respond. Please leave out passwords, payment details and unnecessary sensitive personal information.

For business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us and administering those discussions. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we perform that contract, we process the necessary information for that purpose. Records required by law are processed to meet the applicable obligation.

Website delivery and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the websites and processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Security checks can set a cf_clearance cookie. The design service uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse. Main website and design-service fonts are delivered from the website itself.

Enquiries are delivered to hello@theonecoleman.co.uk, which uses Apple iCloud Mail. The design service’s sending infrastructure also processes form information to deliver its notification email. External links take you to services with their own privacy information.

Cloudflare and Apple operate internationally, and their infrastructure may process information outside the UK. Cloudflare’s published Data Processing Addendum describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. Apple’s privacy policy states that information relating to people in the UK is controlled by Apple Distribution International Limited in Ireland and that international transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about applicable arrangements or copies of safeguards.

How long enquiries are kept

From 07-10-2026, routine correspondence for enquiries that do not become projects is reviewed and deleted six months after the last meaningful contact. Particular records may be retained longer for an ongoing enquiry, a legal obligation or a dispute, with a recorded reason and review date. Active projects and financial records have separate retention requirements. This is a manual review policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable basis, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. Contact hello@theonecoleman.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern.

Your right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us which processing you object to so that we can consider your request.
